Jill Mayer

As CEO and 5th generation leader of the business, Jill Mayer is responsible for strategic planning, vision and executive leadership. She started at Bead in 2007 as Financial Controller and was promoted to Corporate President in 2014, where she transformed the organizational culture through better communication, a shared purpose and accountability. Ms. Mayer graduated from the University of Vermont where she earned a B.S. in Business. In 2009, she earned a Master of Science from Champlain College. Currently, she serves as a board member of CBIA and ManufactureCT. She is also an active member of Vistage and the Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Executive Group. In 2019, she was named one of Connecticut Magazine’s 40 Under 40.
